We are looking for someone to fill a full time manager/front desk/customer service position!
Your duties include answering the phone and responding to emails, assisting clients when they walk in to the studio, handling jewelry, art, clothing, aftercare and gift card sales, booking appointments/consultations for the tattoo artists and piercers + daily studio tasks like making coffee and taking out the garbage!
The ideal candidate NEEDS to speak, read and write ALL 3 languages (Finnish, Swedish, English)! You should be a friendly, outgoing people person with excellent customer service skills, must be honest, trustworthy, reliable and work well in a team environment!
